Serial Experiments Lain

SEL is a mind bending experience that I don’t want to spoil. It starts like a generic horror/crime anime but It’s far from it. You must watch it if you’re a computer geek.

Cowboy Bebop

It has a perfect setting and atmosphere. I very much like the world they created in Cowboy Bebop. It’s weakness is it’s low continuity in my opinion. When you finish an episode, Cowboy Bebop never gives you a reason to watch the next episode. There are no cliffhangers. Yet, I strongly recommend Cowboy Bebop because it has good characters, cool storylines and an amazing setting.

One Piece

I hate this anime because it is a time sink. However, I recommend it if you have a year of your life to spare.

Full Metal Alchemist (Tentative)

I didn’t finish this anime yet. However, it’s very promising.

One Punch Man

One Punch Man is hilarious. It has a lot of good characters. I shied away from watching OPM at first because the idea of a unbeatable protagonist sounded extremely boring. I was wrong, OPM is not boring at all because side characters have exciting fights and the protagonist is used in a very funny way so that it doesn’t get boring.

NGE

I don’t want to spoil that anime. However, It had some interesting ideas and solid action. I think it’s worth a watch.

Made In Abyss (Tentative)

This anime is very charming.

Death Note

I don’t know whether there’s anyone interested in anime that didn’t watch this. If you don’t know Death Note, just watch it.

Naruto

Naruto is the first anime I watched. It has some weaknesses however, it has a special place in my heart with it’s memorable characters, well written antagonists and masterful world-building. The biggest issue I have with Naruto is it’s ending. It deserved a better ending IMO. However, that ending doesn’t depreciate it’s hundreds of good episodes.
